CRISBASE Crisbase is a company that produces glass lighting and decoration pieces. CRISBASE manufactures lighting fixtures and decorative glass.

All our products are handmade by master glassblowers. Glassblowers those who have a long family tradition of making glass. Located in the glass region of Marinha Grande, Portugal. a demarcated area with a history of more than 250 years. So all our production is made with artisan methods, since the manufacture of glass until the finish. All of this historic richness allied to new estetic concepts originates unique and personal pieces with grand character.

LIGHT REVEALS CHARACTER.

With AXIS, texture is not only found on the surface.

It is also in the way the glass receives, refracts and transforms light.

The delicacy of glass meets an industrial-inspired language, where the marks of the handmade process coexist with precise geometry.

AXIS IS MADE BY HAND.

Each diffuser is handcrafted by blowing the glass without rotating it, using a stationary wooden mould.

This traditional process allows us to create a geometry that would not be possible through conventional glass rotation.

The small marks left by the making process are not imperfections to be hidden.

They are part of the piece.

They are what make each diffuser unique.

Before we take a short summer break, we would like to thank all our customers, partners, and friends for their trust and for being part of our journey.

We will be closed for our summer holidays from August 1 to August 23, returning on August 24.

Taking time to recharge is also an essential part of the creative and production process. We look forward to returning with renewed energy and new collections that we can't wait to share with you.

NIMBUS COLLECTION
A collection inspired by the works of Moebius (Jean Giraud), namely the fantastic scenes of his cities and the way he uses color as an element of contrast.
In this collection we find soft but still geometric shapes and we use large colored glass grains and a spectrum of colors that range from soft to the most vibrant to create our own fantastic universe.
