A equipa Devoteam marcou presença como Silver Partner no evento IDC Data & Artificial Intelligence 2024, realizado no dia 16 de maio no Centro Cultural de Belém (CCB) em Lisboa. Este evento é dedicado às mais recentes inovações e estratégias em dados e inteligência artificial.

No passado dia 20 de junho, a Devoteam esteve presente no IT Insight Talks, um evento focado em Inteligência Artificial (IA) e dados, realizado no Fórum Tecnológico da Lispolis, em Lisboa.

Patricia Milheiro, Director of AI Services na Devoteam, participou numa mesa redonda, onde partilhou a sua visão e experiência sobre como as organizações podem maximizar o potencial da tecnologia.

O evento contou com a presença de cerca de 80 pessoas, proporcionando discussões e insights muito relevantes.

Como descreve a política de IA da sua organização?

Esta foi uma das questões colocadas pela equipa Devoteam na 1ª fase do Estudo Empower Business with GenAI. Neste estudo concluimos que mais da metade das organizações portuguesas já adotaram a IA Generativa (GenAI), no entanto quase 80% dos entrevistados indicaram que as organizações portuguesas ainda não publicaram a sua política de IA ou desconhecem a sua existência. Isto reforça a necessidade de progresso no alinhamento de políticas de IA para garantir a acessibilidade e praticidade para todas as partes envolvidas nos processos.

Singularity, in partnership with Microsoft and CTT – Correios de Portugal, launched Helena, a chatbot, on November 15. Helena has had a huge impact on CTT‘s customer service.

The results have been transformative, as the chatbot has significantly reduced call center volume by providing fast and accurate responses to common inquiries.

Galp‘s Risk Management Department invited Singularity Part of Devoteam to introduce a single reporting solution that would monitor and manage the company‘s global corporate risk in an easy-to-understand and uniform way.

Singularity faced two major challenges: consolidating 239 indicators from five different data sources and refining the calculation criteria for Risk Key Indicators while creating a rich visual representation for each one!
