Let’s be honest for a second.
This isn’t a “sign up and watch the money roll in” kind of thing. Anyone who tells you that isn’t telling you the truth.
It takes:
• Real effort
• Showing up even when you don’t feel like it
• Learning new skills
But here’s the other side of it.
I get to work around school pick-up. Around sick days. Around the moments I don’t want to miss.
No one’s asking me for time off. No one’s telling me when I’m allowed to be present for my own life.
That flexibility didn’t come easy, but it’s the reason I kept going when it got hard.
