𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆-𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗻𝘁? During Lisbon AI Week, joined the 𝗘𝗽𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗜 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻, providing real business challenges for participants to solve with the support of AI tools.

As Inês Vasconcelos (People Lead at ) explained in an interview with , the goal was to create a more practical way of understanding how people think.

The challenges included identifying the potential market for a fictional product and finding the ideal location for a new store using data.

We looked beyond the final answer, assessing how participants structured their thinking, explored possibilities, used and brought fresh perspectives to familiar problems.

Because even as AI automates many entry-level tasks, new talent continues to bring something essential: different ways of looking at problems

Last week in , Pedro Campelo (Partner at LTPlabs) joined EPP Ignite 2026 to discuss how processes need to evolve for the era.

Across two days, the event explored one big question: how is AI rewriting the pricing playbook? Pedro stated that AI is enabling faster, more precise and more adaptive pricing decisions, but capturing its value requires companies to rethink not only their tools, but also their processes and ways of working.

His session, hosted by Zonalogística, explored the connection between service, inventory, lead time and working capital and how can support better supply chain decisions.

We’re excited to join the Epic AI Recruiting Hackathon, together with The Epic Talent Society, on September 21st as part of Lisbon AI Week.
Up to eight young talents will work on real LTPlabs use cases, using to tackle business challenges and develop practical solutions.

For us, this is also an opportunity to test the model as a new approach to identifying and AI talent, bringing together problem-solving, technical skills and collaboration in a real-world setting.

That was the spirit of our latest in , where we combined strategic reflection and idea-sharing with cultural experiences across the city: making 𝘰𝘷𝘰𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘭𝘦𝘴, visiting the salt pans and exploring the canals by 𝘮𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘪𝘳𝘰.

A few days of intense work, new perspectives and a lot of fun.

We returned with fresh energy, stronger connections and plenty of ideas to put into action.
