Spanning 12 months, the program incorporates 17 distinct teaching modules, designed to instill trust and confidence in your abilities, while alleviating the pressures and stresses often associated with early veterinary practice. Through this program, you’ll forge strong social connections with fellow graduates from day one.

Your training will encompass:

Three months of personalized one-on-one training outside regular veterinary hours.
Hands-on wet-labs covering surgery, dentistry, ophthalmology, ultrasound, and night training.
Workshops focusing on dermatology, cardiology, exotics, consult training, resilience, mental health, and leadership.
Online courses in dentistry, surgery, medicine, and ECC. Additionally, you’ll have a dedicated VETGDP advisor providing clinical advice and pastoral care, ensuring a seamless integration into our community.

Graduate Development Programme Benefits Package:

£37,500 annual salary
Four-day work week post-initial three months of training.
