The Embassy of Portugal in Washington, DC has published all of the visa checklists on their website for download.

The link is in the FIRST comment, scroll to the bottom of the page.

Pay particular attention to the highlighted visa names for Digital Nomads/Remote Workers (D9) and Accompanying Family Members (D8). These have been the names since Q3/2024. Previously, Digital Nomads were DR and Accompanying Family Members were DF, from the time of their initiation in Q4/2022 until Q3/2024.

The Temporary Digital Nomad/Remote Work visa is E11, previously named ER, also changed at the same time as the others.
