Sound System

The subwoofer system was configured using Arc Delay (100°), complemented by an 80 Hz End Fire configuration, with the aim of maximizing control, directivity, and low-frequency consistency throughout the audience area.

The main system was designed and optimized using EASE Focus, taking into consideration the geometry, acoustic characteristics, and coverage requirements of Espaço Multiusos de Vizela.

The project was designed to provide consistent, balanced, and uniform coverage across the entire audience area, with a depth of approximately 80 metres, ensuring a coherent system response and high level of control throughout the venue.

The S8A combines an 8” active subwoofer with an integrated amplifier, delivering precise low-frequency reinforcement and consistent performance for professional audio installations. Featuring Auto Power Standby, an adjustable Low-Pass filter, level control, and multiple connectivity options, including a balanced input via Phoenix (Euroblock) terminal, Combo XLR/6.35 mm Jack connector, and stereo RCA, it easily adapts to a wide range of audio system configurations. Compact, discreet, and designed for effortless integration, the S8A is the ideal solution for enhancing low-frequency performance in commercial spaces and fixed installation projects.

The LA210x is a medium format three-way, coaxial, active line array element designed to support a wide range of mid to large-sized touring applications and installations where easy to use, from transportation to installation and rigging, are critical. Built-in powerful DSP and amplification eliminates amplifier racks, long loudspeaker cables, and basic system calibration.
Custom made European transducers and a maximally optimized acoustic design provide excellent sound fidelity at very high SPL levels. The LA210x features dual 10-inch (3-inch voice coil) neodymium woofers and a groundbreaking coaxial ring radiator loaded by an exclusively developed OSWG waveguide. This acoustic design delivers exceptional phase coherence and consistent coverage down to 300Hz and the most accurate transient reproduction.

Major events demand more than power. They demand precision, reliability, and excellence. At Next Audiogroup, every system is designed to deliver an audio experience worthy of the world's greatest productions. Because outstanding sound begins with engineering, simulation, and on-site system optimization.

The system was designed to ensure even audience coverage, precise directivity control, and minimized reflections. For the low-frequency section, an Arc Delay + Cardioid subwoofer configuration was implemented, providing enhanced directional control and greater low-frequency consistency.

Although the system was pre-designed in Ease Focus, it was fine-tuned on-site to adapt to the venue's real acoustic conditions and the production's final requirements.

The result was a highly efficient system, operating at less than 30% of its capacity while maintaining an average of 105 dB SPL with consistent coverage across the entire audible spectrum.
