ICU Hospital London - Nurse
RHR is looking for nurses with experience in Intensive Care to work in a prestigious private hospital in London, in the Intensive Care Unit.
Functions:
• Provide direct nursing care to patients requiring Level 2 and 3 care in accordance with established CCL policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Prioritizes nursing care, recognizes deteriorating patient condition and escalates to senior nursing/clinical staff immediately.
• Acts as the lead coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
• Assess and coordinate the patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
