Did you know bees play a surprisingly important role in the world of wine? 🐝

Their presence is a sign of biodiversity and low chemical intervention, both of which are trademarks of Cortém.
While they may not directly polinate the vineyards our 2023 Sauvignon Blanc grew in, they help support the echosystem that allows us to make this beautiful wine.

Whether it is blended or solo, this grape varierty is frequently cited as being one of the three most planted grapes in the world!
