Train to Understand your Customers: everyone must have a clear understanding of customer requirements. Important customer service skills include identifying customers personal needs and expectations, learning to handle difficult situations and knowing when to go "above and beyond" to provide service. How do you know what customers wants? Ask!
- Talk with customers directly
- Ask customers to rate you
- Update the team's database

Then make aure the customers know you have heard then. Go back to them about how you are implementing their ideas. Ask if you are on the right track. The better you know your customers, the more likely you are to meet their needs.
