On this World Health and Safety at Work Day, the International Labour Organization highlights the theme: "A good psychosocial working environment: A pathway to thriving workers and strong organizations."
Workplace safety is not only about what we can see, it is also about what we experience mentally and emotionally everyday. Psychosocial risks like high workloads, unclear expectations, limited support, and constant pressure can quietly impact wellbeing, engagement and performance.
Work is not always loud. But it is always active in your mind.
By recognizing and addressing these often invisible challenges, organizations can build healthier teams, stronger cultures and more sustainable ways of working, for everyone.
