A memorable and challenging experience!
Preparing Mulayari Paayasam for approximately 4,000 people in support of a meaningful cause.
My sincere thanks to the organizers, volunteers, and everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes. I am grateful for the opportunity and proud to have been a part of this remarkable team effort as a chef.
ഒരു അവിസ്മരണീയമായ അനുഭവം!
ഒരു നല്ല കാര്യത്തിനായി ഏകദേശം 4,000 പേർക്കുള്ള മുളയരി പായസം തയ്യാറാക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചത് വലിയൊരു വെല്ലുവിളിയും അതേസമയം പ്രിയപ്പെട്ടൊരു ഓർമ്മയുമാണ്. ഇതിന്റെ സംഘാടകർക്കും, കൂടെനിന്ന വോളന്റിയർമാർക്കും, അണിയറയിൽ ഇതിനായി കഠിനാധ്വാനം ചെയ്ത എല്ലാവർക്കും എന്റെ ഹൃദയം നിറഞ്ഞ നന്ദി. ഇങ്ങനെയൊരു വലിയ കൂട്ടായ്മയുടെ ഭാഗമായി, ഈ വിഭവം ഒരുക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞതിൽ ഒരു ഷെഫ് എന്ന നിലയിൽ ഞാൻ ഒരുപാട് അഭിമാനിക്കുന്നു.
