It is to provide a means of two-way communication between Associates and Management and to inform on matters which affect jobs and how we look after our customers. We want all of you to get involved and to raise any concern to

the team who will support your point of view or ideas and bring them up to the Management. The ARC is the voice of all Doha Marriott Associates.
