لم يعد الحضور العسكري الإسرائيلي في المجال العربي يحتاج إلى قواعد معلنة كي يكون مؤثّرًا. فمن العراق إلى الخليج والبحر الأحمر، تتوسع شبكة منخفضة الظهور تجمع بين مواقع سرية وتنسيق استخباري وصفقات دفاعية.. كل ذلك غالبًا تحت مظلة أمريكية. وتتجلى مرونة هذا الحضور وهشاشته في كلفته السياسيّة المرتبطة بفلسطين وغزّة ولبنان.

أرادت واشنطن توظيف نفوذ بكين على طهران، بينما عملت الصين على تثبيت صورتها كقوة عالمية قادرة على تحويل الأزمات إلى أوراق تفاوضية. والنتيجة كانت تهدئة مؤقتة، ومكاسب رمزية، وتنافسًا لا تزال معاركه الأساسية مفتوحة.

تتسارع صناعة مكافحة المسيّرات في الولايات المتحدة تحت ضغط دروس أوكرانيا والشرق الأوسط.
فالاختبار الحقيقي هو خفض كلفة الاعتراض، لا مراكمة أنظمة باهظة ضد تهديدات رخيصة.

يشكّل التنافس التركي الإسرائيلي في شرق المتوسط إنعطافة سيتحدد على إثرها خريطة الطاقة والممرات الإقليمية. فالصراع يرتبط بالغاز وكذلك بتوقيت سياسي حساس، من سوريا وقبرص إلى البحر الأحمر، حيث تتحول الموانئ والقواعد العسكرية والربط الكهربائي إلى أدوات نفوذ طويلة الأمد.
تعبّر المنافسة عن محاولة متبادلة لإعادة تعريف موقع «الدولة الممر»: من يعبر ومن يملك حق تعطيل الخريطة المقبلة.

A fundamental shift is underway in the structural organization of energy networks and transit corridors within the Eastern Mediterranean, reflected in the ongoing rivalry between Turkey and Israel. This tension comes at a sensitive time, when countries around the Mediterranean are competing for ports, military bases, and power systems in order to use them as tools for long-term control. The rivalry appears to be an attempt by both parties to redefine what it means to be a “transit state”: who controls the movement of resources and who holds the power to redraw the future map.
