Vault Door Removal Procedure (Short Method)
1. Inspect vault door size, weight, and access area.
2. Disconnect power, alarm, and locking systems.
3. Barricade working area and wear PPE.
4. Remove handles, lock accessories, and fixing bolts.
5. Use steel lever and wooden blocks to release vault door carefully.
6. Shift vault door using jack trolley.
7. Attach lifting slings securely.
8. Lift vault door carefully by crane.
9. Load onto truck and secure properly.
10. Transport safely to designated location.
11. Unload and place at instructed area.
12. Clean site and remove all debris after completion.
