This week, we look back at a moment when our recruitment team came together to align on talent priorities and explore how we can better support the next chapter of reinvention at Accenture Mauritius.

The discussions focused on anticipating evolving business needs, identifying the skills of tomorrow, strengthening how we attract and engage exceptional talent, and reimagining the candidate journey through innovation and meaningful human connections.

Two days. Two important conversations. One incredible energy.

At the Women in Tech Summit, Shalini Jugessur, our Managing Director joined university students at Middlesex University for an engaging conversation around careers, growth and navigating the opportunities ahead as well as her own lived and personal experiences too.

The conversation then moved to another panel, on “AI & the Global South: Why Africa’s Voice Matters”, bringing perspectives from Mauritius into a much wider discussion about AI, Africa and the role we can play in shaping what comes next.

For us, this is what being part of the technology ecosystem is about. Being present, sharing what we have learned, listening to different perspectives and contributing to conversations that matter.

Meet Our Reinventor | Deepshika

From finding her voice to helping others find smarter ways to work.

Senior business analyst at Accenture Mauritius, working at the intersection of clients, business and technology to turn complex needs into effective solutions.

Over the years, her journey has grown far beyond her role. Today, she is also helping drive AI adoption, supporting teams to embed AI into their everyday work, automate repetitive processes and unlock more time for what matters.

But reinvention for Deepshika has also been personal.

Once shy and hesitant to speak up, new experiences, workshops, teams and perspectives have helped her build confidence and grow into the professional she is today.

For Deepshika, reinvention means continuing to learn, continuing to grow and always looking for ways to exceed what she thought was possible.
