Sometimes, a team is more like a journey than a starting point. At first, we walk together without knowing exactly what the journey will look like. Storms arise, differences of opinion emerge, and there are moments when the path seems to get tangled. But it is precisely through these moments that we learn to listen to each other, adjust our steps, and move forward together.

Just like in The Wizard of Oz, each stage brings us a little closer to our goal. And sometimes, it leaves us with something even more valuable: the friends and lessons we have gathered along the way.

Am explorat cm creezi un spațiu sigur, cm gestionezi energia și dinamica oamenilor, cm îmbini structura cu adaptabilitatea și cm ai curajul să adresezi „elefantul din cameră” atunci când este nevoie.

🌅✨ Our last day of the ELNN International Summit in Lanjarón, Spain was filled with inspiration and new beginnings.
✅ We started the morning with a quick check-in from the previous day and set the flow for what was ahead.

🚀 Coco and Mihai Dragomirescu guided us through the vision of the ELNN Youth Community and invited participants to get involved in its early stages of development.

💡 We continued with a very engaging panel discussion led by Jacob Rogers on how technology and business innovation are reshaping the workplace and unlocking youth potential.

☀️🤝 At noon, we enjoyed the Lanjarón sun and continued the round-table brainstorming from Day 1, setting the goals of the new ELNN Foundation together, as a network.

🌐❤️ Jacob, Marc, and Andreea from Netizen shared the purpose of their work—bringing the internet back to the people—and showed how social aspects of the online world can encourage real connections during Erasmus projects, local events, and everyday life.

🤲✨ Flavius Streianu trained our negotiation and collaboration skills through a dynamic workshop on how people with different principles can co-exist and create something amazing together.

🌙💬 We ended the day with a beautiful open space where we presented our follow-up commitments for ELNN’s next phase, reflected on the days spent together, and shared our feelings about the summit and the future of the network.

🌱💚 Thank you to everyone who created, dreamed, and committed to these new beginnings with us!

Here is a recap of how our first day of the ELNN International Summit 2025 went!
We started with a fun game to get to know the people in the room and connect names with faces🤣

🗣Later we continued with a very interesting and lively panel discussion led by Jana Švarná on what are the skills of the future for our youth and how the AI should be treated in our daily lives.

🇪🇺 Vitalie Cirhana presented us how European Training Strategy rolls and the YOCOMO (YOuth Workers COmpetence MOdel)s

♻Bogdan Apetri and Dario Cottafava helped us understand cross-sectoral synergies and even come up with ideas on how several domains can be brought together and create sustainable ideas.

🌍Pietro Galluccio taught us more about the EU funds for local and international social development and the future of where our common efforts should be headed to.

We wrapped up the day with a round table discussion session where the brainstorming between different members of our network brought new ideas and beginnings to grow ELNN.
