Job Selection is recruiting experienced Lead Servers for specialty restaurant concepts onboard cruise ships.

We are looking for strong HoReCa / restaurant professionals with leadership experience, good English, solid F&B knowledge and excellent guest-service skills.

Salary package:
• USD 1,400/month base guarantee
• USD 1,500–2,000/month gratuities, depending on ship
• Contract: 6–7 months onboard
• Home leave: approx. 2 months

Open concepts:

🍣 Asian Specialty Dining
Min. 3 years restaurant experience + 1 year leadership. Asian cuisine, sushi, teppanyaki, seafood and allergy awareness are strong advantages.

🍷 Premium & Fine Dining
Min. 4 years restaurant experience + 1–2 years leadership. Fine dining / upscale casual experience, multi-course service, wine knowledge and upselling skills required.

🍔 Casual Bar & Smokehouse
Min. 3 years restaurant experience + 1 year leadership. Smokehouse, BBQ, brewpub, sports bar or entertainment venue experience preferred.

Requirements for all roles:
• Good English communication
• Leadership / supervisory experience
• Strong guest-service attitude
• Professional, hands-on approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced cruise ship environment

Previous cruise ship experience is a strong advantage, but not mandatory if you have solid land-based restaurant experience and the right leadership profile.

🔧 ASSISTANT JOINER & CARPENTER – OCEAN CRUISE SHIPS 🌊

Job Selection is recruiting experienced Assistant Joiners & Carpenters for long-term opportunities onboard ocean cruise ships.

If you have a solid technical background and hands-on experience in carpentry/joinery, we would like to hear from you.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Refurbishment, repairs and new installations in Guest and Crew areas
• Routine inspections and repairs involving doors, locks, hinges, trims and fittings
• Assist Joiners, Carpenters, Masons and Upholsterers
• Use tools, equipment and PPE correctly and safely
• Follow onboard Health, Safety & Environmental procedures
• Support maintenance duties as assigned
• Attend mandatory drills and onboard training

✅ REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• High School Diploma
• Minimum age: 21 years
• Basic STCW Training
• Good English
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to work onboard on long-term contracts

⭐ PREFERRED:
• Previous shipboard experience in a similar role
• Technical training or relevant certifications
• Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance standards
