At ARKI we are specialized in developing workplace strategies directly connected with the client’s organization. We focus on creating the right space for the specific work culture of the company. We analyze the types of activities, the internal and external network structures together with personal affiliations and organizational dynamics of the company to build our strategy in realizing the suitable workplace. We gather the insights through interviews, focus groups and observation sessions and together with the client we organize workshops for creating the analytical framework that defines the design of the office.
