La mai puţin de un an de la participarea la listarea istorică a Hidroelectrica la BVB, am avut plăcerea unui nou proiect de anvergură. De această dată, am asistat Premier Energy Romania în listarea cu succes la Bursa de Valori Bucuresti.

A fost o experiență intensă, care ne-a dat oportunitatea de a crea și implementa o strategie de comunicare personalizată, în care am mizat în special pe atragerea investitorilor de retail.

Today we're presenting the Grayling ACTrend – report on legislative changes across Central & Eastern Europe offering insights into how the geopolitical disturbances affected local policy makers and adoption of key legislature.

Our teams in CEE have analysed almost 1500 pieces of primary legislation with almost half of those having a direct business impact. The report also provides an outlook for 2023.

We’re happy to be present at the Primark opening its first store in Romania.

Special thanks for attending the event to His Excellency, Ambassador of Ireland, mr. Paul McGarry, to Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Bucharest, mr Horia Tomescu.


The much-anticipated new flagship store, located at ParkLake Shopping Centre, welcomed its first customers through the doors at 10am this morning. With an investment of over 10 million euros in the new store and hundreds of jobs created in the local economy, the opening marks an important milestone for Primark as the retailer enters its 15th international market. The new opening is part of Primark’s ambitious growth plans in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), where the brand already has stores in Poland, Czech Republic and Slovenia.

Primark has also announced a second store in Bucharest in the AFI Cotroceni Shopping Centre, which is expected to open in 2023.

Over the past weeks we have been fully involved in engaging with relevant stakeholders attending at the 10th anniversary of the Berea Face Cinste Romaniei event organized by the Brewers of Romania Association.

It was an insightful event, with focused subjects in the areas of finance, tax, environment, and agriculture. The topic of the excise duty for beer, together with the implementation of SGR were high on the agenda and stirred the debates, raising the interest of participants.

Special thanks for attending the event to Mr. Tánczos Barna, Minister of Envrironment, Mr. Alin Chitu, Deputy Minister of Finance and Mr. Dragos Costin Telehuz, Deputy Minister of Agriculture.

We have organized the launch of Glovo’s regional hub for South Eastern Europe that will be HQed in Bucharest.

The event was opened with a keynote speech given by Minister of Research, Innovation and Digitalization, Sebastian BURDUJA and was attended by high ranked government officials, MPs and representatives of the Bucharest local administration.

Discussions yet again raised the opportunity for Romania to take a more involved and leading role in the region on digitalization and innovation. The format of the event gave the opportunity, for both stakeholders and private sector, to develop on best practices connected to investment in research and innovation in order to grasp the market opportunities out there.

It's good to be back to live events! :)

On May 25th, Grayling Romania had the pleasure to organize the roundtable "Financial and Digital Inclusion: Solutions for SMEs", hosted by the Romanian Association for Electronic Payments (APERO) in partnership with the Romanian Parliament.

The event brought together a wide array of stakeholders at the Palace of Parliament for a fruitful debate about policy solutions to increase the financial education and digitalization of SMEs and the population and to facilitate the transition of Romanian businesses to the digital economy.
