We are then inviting you to join the master’s degree Business Accounting, accredited by the ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of UK) and organized by the Faculty of Accounting and Management Information Systems of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania. Classes are exclusively organized during the weekends, and the curriculum follows the ACCA’s. The textbooks and exam kits are included in the tuition fee and are published by an ACCA tuition provider. Cursurile sunt organizate exclusiv in weekend iar formarea urmeaza planul de invatamant al ACCA. Manualele sunt incluse in cost si sunt editate de o editura recunoscuta de ACCA. In February 2014, following a sustained effort coordinated by Prof. Catalin Albu, Director of the program and the team of ASE professors who teach the courses, the ACCA has granted a full accreditation of the program for 5 years (2014 - 2018 cohorts of graduates). Thus, graduates receive 9 exemptions (F1 to F9) from the ACCA curriculum. The entire team of professors is extremely proud of this success and is certain that this accreditation will attract potential students to the program.

The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) is the largest global organization of accountants, with more than 260,000 students and 110,000 members in 170 countries. It has 75 offices worldwide. The ACCA, via its programs, offers high quality education in accordance with the standards of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).

The Business Accounting (in English) master program is offered by the Faculty of Accounting and Management Information Systems of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania. The program offers training ensuring examination for the ACCA qualification. Upon completion, graduates receive a MSc diploma of the ASE, and 9 exemptions (the maximum offered) from the ACCA's curriculum. The classes are only held during weekends (4 full days of training for each course, on Saturdays and Sundays), and the exam is scheduled within 2 weeks after the completion of the course. The curriculum is organized in 4 semesters (2 years).

The extremely reasonable cost of 1,400 EUR per year includes the training materials, that are acquired from ACCA accredited publishers.

The registration for the program is scheduled to take place in July 2014, for the academic year 2014-2015 (see ASE's timeline).
