Global Vision is expanding its Bucharest portfolio with the acquisition of a property comprising two office towers in the Charles de Gaulle – Dorobanți area.
Formerly home to Alpha Bank, the property comprises two towers totaling over 10,000 sq. m of gross built area, developed between 2001 and 2004. Both towers feature retail space at ground-floor level, giving the property a mixed-use profile. The asset is set to undergo a comprehensive refurbishment and repositioning program, supported by a significant additional investment.
“This acquisition exemplifies Global Vision’s strategic investment approach, similar to our previous projects like Brătianu Business Center and Corner Office Building, aimed at reintegrating well-located assets into the city's commercial framework. The property’s prime location and substantial dimensions, coupled with our expertise as investors, developers, and asset managers, position us exceptionally well to enhance its value and impact on Bucharest’s business environment. Investing in the right location is the cornerstone of our philosophy, and our commitment to quality and innovation is what sets us apart in the rapidly evolving real estate landscape.” — , Founder & CEO Global Vision
