At SEE , joined the panel “Investor Priorities for 2027: Capital, Confidence & Caution”, sharing his perspective on the investment opportunities shaping the European market.

“As Europe reassesses its dependencies and looks at new models for economic development and competitiveness, the industrial manufacturing sector will attract significant capital across Europe. We have realized that we need to build more resilient supply chains, and more capital will be directed towards production in both civilian and defence sectors. Industrial is one of the pillars of our investment platform, but so is retail, particularly food-anchored retail parks and value-add projects,” Sorin highlighted.

Beyond identifying opportunities in industrial and retail, the focus remains on projects where value can be actively created, supported by a strategy of building diverse portfolios.

Yesterday, KUKA RoboTrip Brasov took place in the production hall of , our long-term partner for industrial robotics and automation lines, with Rexroth, Schunk, Festo and SICK presenting the latest in industrial robotics and automation. The Caditec team presented a complex industrial line case, already running in production.

Our contribution was AHEAD Edge, our AI orchestrator that connects machines, cameras and sensors to make production smarter. It acts as an intelligent layer above the PLC, bringing together information from across the production line, analyzing what happens in real time and coordinating actions to prevent problems before they stop production. All while keeping people in control.

During the event, we demonstrated how AHEAD Edge can orchestrate an entire production line, from individual stations to every product being inspected. The system identified a drop in foil tension, connected it to a recent roll change, and suggested a maintenance action for a person to approve.

The difference? Instead of just collecting data, the AI orchestrator turns it into action. Problems can be detected and addressed as they happen, not discovered in a report days later. And all of this works with the cameras, sensors and machines already installed in the factory.

This is the power of private AI at the edge: all production data stays inside the factory, processed locally rather than sent to the cloud. The AI learns from the production line, helps operators make faster decisions, and keeps the factory in control of its own data.

Global Vision @ C8 Summit in Ukraine

Aurel Cîrstea, Commercial Director at Global Vision, was invited to participate in the high-level Economic Forum held within the framework of the Carpathian Integration Initiative Summit in Bukovel, Ukraine. Bringing together heads of state, senior government officials, representatives of ARICE and UkraineInvest, institutional leaders, investors and business representatives from across the region, the C8 Summit provided a high-level platform for dialogue on economic cooperation, strategic infrastructure, investment and the future development of the Carpathian region.

For Global Vision, taking part in this dialogue is relevant beyond the event itself. It reflects our active involvement in the conversations and partnerships that can shape future investment flows, infrastructure development and cross-border business opportunities.

Aurel joined the panel “PPP, Strategic Infrastructure, State Assets & Investments”, where he brought forward three key ideas: the need for more investment-ready projects, the importance of thinking beyond borders and in terms of economic corridors, and the potential of public assets to become platforms for private investment.

His intervention highlighted the role of public-private partnerships in moving projects from intention to ex*****on by combining public objectives with private capital, technology, operational expertise and long-term accountability.

He also addressed the importance of stronger connectivity between Romania, Ukraine and the wider Carpathian region.Another key point was the opportunity to rethink public assets not simply as assets to be managed, but as foundations for new investment ecosystems capable of attracting capital, businesses and long-term economic activity.

Aurel also highlighted Global Vision’s involvement in supporting Ukrainian companies looking to invest and develop operations in Romania.

Accesul la capital este însă doar o parte din ecuație. La fel de importantă este alegerea partenerului și compatibilitatea dintre valorile, obiectivele și modul de lucru al celor implicați.

„Am învățat să ne definim profilul ideal de partener înainte de a intra într-un parteneriat și de a ne asuma obligații comune. Când acționezi pe cont propriu, poți lua decizii rapid și poți răspunde imediat unei oportunități. Într-un parteneriat, însă, decizia trebuie discutată, argumentată și asumată împreună.
Din acest punct de vedere, am înțeles devreme că alinierea de valori este mai importantă decât simplul acces la capital.”

Global Vision is expanding its Bucharest portfolio with the acquisition of a property comprising two office towers in the Charles de Gaulle – Dorobanți area.

Formerly home to Alpha Bank, the property comprises two towers totaling over 10,000 sq. m of gross built area, developed between 2001 and 2004. Both towers feature retail space at ground-floor level, giving the property a mixed-use profile. The panels will support Diehl Aviation's operations with a stable, on-site source of clean energy, helping reduce energy costs and strengthen the long-term efficiency and resilience of their production facility.
