ARC este o asociaţie independentă, profesională, neguvernamentală şi apolitică, cu personalitate juridică şi care nu urmăreşte profit, înfiinţată în 1990 în vederea promovării sistemelor de management. ARC îşi propune să sprijine acţiunile agenţilor economici cu capital de stat sau privat, instituţiilor publice, din toate sectoarele de activitate, pentru realizarea sistemelor de management (calita

te, mediu, sănătate şi securitate ocupaţională, siguranţa alimentului, securitatea informaţiei) în vederea derulării activităţilor în conformitate cu standardele internaţionale şi cu Normele Europene în materie. ARC, în calitatea sa de Reprezentant Naţional în Organizaţia Europeană pentru Calitate – EOQ, este singura instituţie din ţară care organizează cursuri de instruire în conformitate cu Schemele de Competenţă ale Organizaţiei Europene pentru Calitate pentru profesiile: Manager Sistem Calitate, Auditor Calitate, Manager Sistem Mediu, Auditor Mediu, Manager Sistem Sănătate şi Securitate Ocupaţională, Auditor Sănătate şi Securitate Ocupaţională, Manager Siguranţa Alimentului, Auditor Siguranţa Alimentului, Manager Securitatea Informaţiei, Auditor Securitatea Informaţiei. Ca urmare a recunoaşterii ARC ca Agent EOQ pentru certificare/înregistrare persoane în domeniul calităţii, mediului, sănătăţii şi securităţii ocupaţionale, siguranţa alimentului, securitatea informaţiei, ARC efectuează certificare de persoane în conformitate cu Schemele de Certificare ale EOQ pentru profesiile menţionate, iar certificatele eliberate de ARC sunt recunoscute la nivel internaţional şi sunt însoţite de certificate EOQ.

1st Global Assessment on the Current State of Organizational Excellence

"This correspondence invites you to participate in the 1st Global Assessment on the Current State of Organizational Excellence that is being conducted by the Organizational Excellence Technical Committee, Quality Management Division, ASQ (OETC) and has been supported by the Global Benchmarking Network, ISO Technical Committee 176 and International Academy of Quality.

The assessment tool is based on the Organizational Excellence Framework (OEF) that integrates leading excellence models and provides implementation guidelines for the practitioner. Authored by the representative for Canada on the OETC, the publication is intended to provide additional support for excellence models and encourage organizations to use validated best management practices to improve their performance and productivity. For those interested and as a thank you for participating, the publication may be downloaded at no charge on the home page at http://organizationalexcellencespecialists.ca/

Please participate in the global assessment. You have two choices:

Individual responses for both assessments will be strictly confidential. Only the aggregate data will be reported on the open OETC LinkedIn site so that respondents can benchmark their performance with others.

• Enable organizations to build on strengths and address opportunities for improvement
