Our colleagues 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂 and 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝗲-𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲 𝗢𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗷𝗮 attended the Romanian ESG Summit 2026, joining discussions on the future of sustainability reporting, the circular economy, and the role of technology in advancing ESG transformation.

Key highlights included EFRAG's perspectives on the evolution of 𝗘𝗦𝗥𝗦 and 𝗩𝗦𝗠𝗘 standards, the growing impact of 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in enhancing ESG data quality and reporting, as well as discussions on 𝗖𝗶𝗿𝗰𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟯𝟬, covering the role of Romania's Deposit Return System (DRS) and the partnerships and infrastructure needed to accelerate the transition towards a more sustainable and resource-efficient economy.

Over the past two days, Sorana Cernea, Daniela Zar, and Alexandra Cohuțiu have represented TPA Romania at EXPO REAL 2026 in Munich, joining colleagues from across the TPA Group and Baker Tilly network, as well as clients, investors, and real estate professionals from across Europe.

Descoperă cm auditul intern evoluează de la o funcție orientată preponderent spre control și conformitate la un partener strategic al organizațiilor, în cea mai recentă analiză semnată de Claudia Bratu, Audit & Advisory Partner și Head of ESG Services în cadrul TPA România.

Auditul intern nu mai înseamnă doar identificarea și explicarea problemelor după ce acestea s-au produs. Astăzi, rolul său este tot mai mult acela de a ajuta organizațiile să anticipeze riscurile și să acționeze înainte ca acestea să se materializeze.

Dincolo de evaluarea controalelor interne și a conformității, auditul intern poate sprijini performanța și reziliența organizațională prin analiza unor aspecte precum profitabilitatea proiectelor, optimizarea proceselor, transformarea organizațională, fuziunile și achizițiile, guvernanța inteligenței artificiale, riscurile de sustenabilitate sau pregătirea pentru noile cerințe privind transparența salarială.
