We were pleased to be represented at the Capital Market Forum 2026 in Chișinău by our Partner, Vikram Jotwani, who shared perspectives on investor readiness, capital raising and what companies need to attract institutional capital.

The Forum also marked an important milestone with the official launch of the Moldova International Stock Exchange (BIMx) and its Arena Trading system.

Moore Romania & R.Moldova was pleased to support and participate in the ICC Global Business Summit 2026, organised by the Indian Chamber of Commerce in New Delhi.

Our Growth & Advisory Partner, Vikram Jotwani, joined the Romanian business delegation and the dedicated India–Romania Business Session, engaging with business leaders, investors and institutional representatives on opportunities for deeper economic cooperation between India, Romania and the wider region.

The discussions focused on areas where we see significant potential for cross-border investment and collaboration, including capital raising, M&A, energy, infrastructure, manufacturing and market entry into Romania and the European Union.

Moore was also pleased to support the Romania–India initiative around the Summit, reflecting our commitment to strengthening business connectivity between the two markets and helping companies and investors identify and execute cross-border opportunities.
