Caught in the international context of the global crises, in times where Employers lack the funds to continue on going commitments, and impartiality of Engineer has proven its limitation, the Company is supporting the Contractors throughout implementation of the Works Contracts and represents their interests in the eventuality of Arbitration. Deep knowledge of international contracts conditions (for Build, Operate & Transfer, Design & Build, Engineering Procurement and Construction, or Works Designed by Employer), risks, particularities, advantages and weaknesses, as well as specific procedures of Arbitration in both Europe (ICC Paris) and Asia (SIAC), has taken the Company to a new stage of evolution: as of 2013 providing quality in Asia.
