🎉 Am încheiat o nouă ediție a programului de mentorat Deloitte Unlocked printr-un eveniment dedicat reflecției, schimbului de experiențe și conectării. 🤝

Ne-am bucurat să îi avem alături pe toți participanții pentru a împărtăși perspectivele și lecțiile acumulate pe parcursul acestui program. Evenimentul a fost deschis de Cristina Rusu, Audit Senior Manager, și Camelia Sandu, Team Leader în cadrul RADC, mentori în program, care au vorbit despre experiența lor de mentorat, despre impactul pe care l-au observat în rândul studenților și au oferit câteva sfaturi valoroase pentru pașii care urmează. 🌟

Am continuat cu un exercițiu interactiv, facilitat de Patricia Petroiu si Denisa Sandu, Employer Branding Experts, prin care fiecare participant a scris pe un bilețel ce ia cu sine din această experiență. A fost o adevărată bucurie să descoperim cât de multe beneficii, perspective noi și momente de învățare a adus programul pentru fiecare dintre cei implicați. 💡📝

Seara s-a încheiat în cea mai bună atmosferă, cu pizza, voie bună și multe povești împărtășite. 🍕✨

Le mulțumim tuturor colegilor care au ales să fie mentori și să investească timp, energie și cunoștințe în dezvoltarea viitoarei generații de profesioniști.
