🌱 Small actions, when multiplied by many people, can create real change.
During the European Sustainable Development Week 2026, our colleagues joined teams across the Group in a series of initiatives focused on sustainability, responsible mobility and environmental awareness.

From encouraging more sustainable everyday choices to learning, sharing ideas and taking concrete action, the week reminded us that sustainability is a shared responsibility and that meaningful change starts with each of us.

A highlight of the week was the Sustainability Talk led by Ferrero, Climate Expert at Greenly, and Genin, CSR Manager at SII Group, who shared valuable insights on climate action and the importance of measuring and reducing environmental impact.

👏 Thank you to everyone who got involved, contributed ideas and helped bring these initiatives to life. Together, we're turning awareness into action and continuing to build a more sustainable future.

This year, our colleague Maria represented us at the Bucharest Marathon, completing her very first marathon, all 42 km of it.

From running the 10 km race at the same event last year to conquering the full marathon this year, her journey is a reminder that growth happens one step at a time, through consistency, courage and determination.
Moments like this make us proud of the people we work alongside every day. People who challenge themselves, embrace ambitious goals and inspire those around them, both professionally and personally.

Congratulations, Maria, on this amazing achievement, and thank you for proudly representing us. We're lucky to have you on the team! 👏🏃‍♀️💙

At SII Romania, we’re looking for a Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager to take end-to-end ownership of complex customer portfolios and help drive long-term delivery success.

In this role, you’ll work closely with senior customer stakeholders, lead governance and steering meetings, manage escalations, and coordinate Project and Technical Leads across multiple engagements. You’ll also have a direct impact on revenue, margins, forecasting, staffing, capacity planning, and operational performance, while contributing to service center development, presales, and account growth. 🤝📈

We’re looking for a senior delivery professional with 8–12+ years of experience in software engineering services or consulting, including a strong track record in customer management, multi-project delivery, and leading sizeable teams or portfolios. 🛰️ Ever wondered what it takes to build software that helps satellites know exactly where they are? We’re looking for a Navigation Software Architect to join SII Romania and work on real-time software for satellite-based GNSS receivers and navigation systems.

You’ll be part of a team working across the full software lifecycle — from requirements and architecture to C development, algorithm design, and validation. The role involves working with Digital Signal Processing, GNSS/navigation algorithms, Position-Navigation-Time solutions, transceiver design, and HW/SW integration, with C/C++ running on targets such as DSPs. 💻🛰️

If you have a strong background in DSP and algorithms, experience with GNSS, navigation or communications, and enjoy working close to both software and hardware, this could be a really interesting challenge. You’ll also get to work in a collaborative, international environment where learning and knowledge sharing are part of the everyday work. 🌍🤝

🚆 Interested in software testing and curious about how technology keeps critical systems running safely? We’re looking for an Embedded Software Tester to join SII Romania and work on Distributed Control Architecture (DCA) products for railway interlocking solutions.

This is a great opportunity if you’re studying Computer Science or a similar technical field and want to build hands-on experience in a safety-critical environment. You’ll work on test case design and ex*****on, software-software and software-hardware integration testing, functional and non-regression test campaigns, bug investigation, test automation, and test reporting. You’ll also get familiar with Linux, Git, networking, operating systems, and real-time systems while working alongside an international team. 💻🌍
