We often think our progress depends on finding the right answers.
But more often, it depends on asking better questions.

𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗹𝘆𝗻 𝗔𝘁𝗸𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮.
That real change doesn't start with action. It starts with knowing what you actually want.

A well-formed outcome isn't a SMART goal ticked off in a doc. It means knowing precisely what changes, for whom, under what conditions and that the person in front of you genuinely owns it, not just agrees because it sounds right.

Zoetis came to Erickson with a real problem: broken trust between management and employees, leadership gaps, teams that weren't moving.

The shift didn't come from new processes. It came from changing how leaders talked to their teams. Using a Solution-Focused approach, leaders learned to structure conversations that create action, build trust, and move from directing to collaborating.

Coaching is often seen as a “soft skill.” In reality, it’s a profession that requires structure and a lot of practice.

A doctor who reads about surgery isn't a surgeon. A coach who reads about coaching isn't a coach.

The difference isn't intention. It's training structured, supervised, practiced in real conversations until it stops being a technique and becomes how you think.
