Coaching is often seen as a โ€œsoft skill.โ€ In reality, itโ€™s a profession that requires structure and a lot of practice.

A doctor who reads about surgery isn't a surgeon. A coach who reads about coaching isn't a coach.

The difference isn't intention. It's training structured, supervised, practiced in real conversations until it stops being a technique and becomes how you think.
