În cadrul programului de practică desfășurat la biroul nostru din Iași, studenții au avut ocazia să lucreze alături de profesioniști din diferite echipe, să participe la activități interactive și să înțeleagă mai bine cm se transformă cunoștințele teoretice în soluții reale.

Idei de business foarte bine gândite de viitorii antreprenori și de ce nu, poate chiar viitorii noștri colegi. 132 high school students joined us this summer. While they learned about us, we learned about them too. 💙

Over the past month and a half, they explored our teams and discovered what we do at KPMG. In return, they inspired us with their curiosity, confidence, and fresh perspectives.

The conversations, questions, and ideas they brought with them gave us a better understanding of the generation that will soon enter the workforce.

Thank you to all the students who spent part of their summer with us, and to the colleagues who make this project possible year after year. ✨

Last week, more than 250 colleagues joined an inspiring conversation with QuantumBits, the Romanian team from Liceul Teoretic International de Informatica Bucuresti, who earned the Champion's Award at the FIRST LEGO League Open International Championship 2025 in Greece, securing their place at the FIRST LEGO League World Festival 2026 in Houston 2026.

During the session, the students shared lessons from their remarkable journey, from winning one of the competition's highest distinctions in Greece to representing Romania on the world stage alongside some of the most innovative young minds from across the globe.

Beyond the impressive achievements and technical skills, the discussion highlighted the power of collaboration, resilience, continuous learning, and creative problem-solving, qualities that drive success in any field.

We're grateful to the QuantumBits team for sharing their experience and reminding us that the future of innovation is already here.

As another Practical Days journey comes to an end, we're reminded that preparing young people for the future isn't about giving them all the answers.

It's about helping them become comfortable with questions.

Last week, the second cohort of high school students completed their apprenticeship experience at KPMG Romania, exploring areas ranging from Transaction Services and Tax to Governance, Risk & Reporting, Energy, Legal, or HR, to name just of few of them.

They discovered how teams collaborate, how businesses make decisions, and how learning never really stops once you leave the classroom.

The future of work will undoubtedly bring uncertainty and change. Yet after spending time alongside our professionals, these students leave with something powerful: a better understanding of themselves, the confidence to tackle the unknown, and the knowledge that growth often begins outside your comfort zone.

And that can make all the difference.
