Once you meet Andrei, it makes perfect sense that he’s an Information Security Officer. As a child, his favorite word was “Why”, much to his parents’ despair. But that’s not it: he was also quite impatient and willing to do things himself to make sure they happen soon enough. Andrei also wanted to be a crane – the machine, not the bird.

Fun is an essential part of creating a feeling of belonging, and that’s what we set our minds to in this month’s hangout parties in Romania and Moldova. Last week, our gatherings in Bucharest & Iasi had a special guest: Chef de Joc.

They supplied good times, friendly competition 🔥 and a much-needed break from our screens. From the classic Jenga to Connect Four, the games they brought over helped us remember what it was like to be on the playground 🎯

Last night in Moldova, things started quite innocently: pizza, conversations, and a few blank sheets of paper. Then Art Station Club introduced a simple challenge: 20 seconds to draw something, pass it on, continue someone else’s lines, repeat. And somehow, line by line, person by person, completely unexpected masterpieces started to appear: some hilarious, some strangely creative, some impossible to explain. It was the perfect reminder of what happens when different minds just build on each other's ideas.

We wrapped up the night with two intense rounds of Mafia - full of plot twists, expert lies, and endings that left us all shocked. 🎭
