Conflictele închise sunt cele mai periculoase pentru o echipă. Nu fac zgomot, dar erodează încrederea, colaborarea și performanța.

1. Comunicare minimă - oamenii vorbesc strict despre taskuri, evită conversațiile spontane și reduc interacțiunile.

2. Acord rapid, dar fals - lumea spune „da”, dar nimeni nu crede în decizie; consensul e doar o mască pentru a evita confruntarea.

3. Întârzieri nejustificate - lucrurile se mișcă mai greu, nu din lipsă de competență, ci din lipsă de implicare.

4. Ironii subtile - apar glume „nevinovate” care transmit de fapt frustrare, nemulțumire sau distanțare.

5. Lipsa inițiativei - oamenii nu mai propun soluții, nu mai pun întrebări, nu mai contestă nimic; doar execută.

Un conflict închis nu se rezolvă singur. Se adâncește.
