By the end of 2026, the European Union plans to launch the ETIAS system — an electronic travel authorization for citizens of visa-exempt countries. This is neither a visa nor a new immigration status, but rather an additional step in travel preparation. Before departure, travelers will need to complete an online application and receive an electronic authorization linked to their passport.

📍 Important: citizens of EU countries will not need to apply for ETIAS. For them, travel procedures will remain unchanged, with no additional formalities. The system applies only to travelers from countries with visa-free travel agreements.

The new rules once again highlight the difference between tourist travel and EU citizenship. While some travelers will need to obtain travel authorization in advance, others will continue to enjoy freedom of movement across EU countries.

If you’d like to find out whether you’re eligible for EU citizenship, fill out the form on our website via the link in the profile header. Our specialists will review your documents, assess your eligibility, and help identify the most suitable option based on your goals.

When planning a move, most people focus on the financial costs first. But there is another resource that cannot be recovered or replaced later — time.

Researching information, understanding requirements, reviewing documents, and keeping track of every detail can take months. Especially when you are trying to navigate the process on your own.

⏳ At some point, it becomes clear that handling everything independently requires far more time than expected at the beginning.

That is why many people choose professional guidance.

📋 A clear action plan from the start.
📋 Answers to the questions that arise along the way.
📋 Support at every stage.
📋 Less risk of mistakes and delays.

Professional assistance is about more than preparing documents.

It is an opportunity to avoid spending dozens of hours searching for answers and to have confidence that every stage is being handled according to the requirements of the chosen program.

After moving, you often have to rebuild your daily routine from scratch: finding essential places, navigating transport, and managing daily tasks.

We’ve put together a selection of apps that can make life in a new country easier and more comfortable:

📍 Google Maps — public transport schedules, place reviews, opening hours, and nearby locations

🚇 Citymapper — builds routes using metro, buses, trams, and trains, helping you navigate an unfamiliar city more efficiently

🎭 Fever — a guide to exhibitions, concerts, food events, theatre performances, and cultural activities

🤝 Meetup — helps you find like-minded people, professional communities, and interest-based events

🛋 Vinted — a convenient platform for buying clothes, furniture, and home goods at affordable prices

🥐 Too Good To Go — allows you to buy food and ready-to-eat meals from cafes, restaurants, and stores at discounted prices

These kinds of tools often make it much easier to handle everyday tasks and adapt to life in a new country.

Relocation begins long before buying tickets and doesn’t end with receiving documents. That’s why we support our clients at every stage of the process and stay available to help with any questions that may arise.

Europe is increasingly becoming a growth hub for IT companies, founders, and startups. And it’s not only about market access.

For many entrepreneurs, building a business in the EU means operating in a more predictable environment, scaling more efficiently, and working across multiple countries from the start. What makes Europe especially attractive for IT and startup projects?

A unified European market

By opening a business in one EU country, companies can work with clients across the European market without complex barriers between states. For SaaS, fintech, e-commerce, and digital services, this is especially valuable.

A strong investment and grant ecosystem

Europe has a strong ecosystem of innovation funds, startup programs, accelerators, and government grants. In several countries, there are dedicated programs specifically designed for tech companies and R&D projects.

International teams and hiring opportunities

Teams are built with specialists from across Europe. Developers, product managers, designers, and marketers can be hired beyond a single local market.

More predictable business rules

Contracts, intellectual property protection, corporate processes, and legal mechanisms operate within a structured and transparent system. For businesses, this means less uncertainty and more ability to plan long-term growth.

Balance between work and quality of life

For founders and IT professionals, this is becoming an increasingly important factor. An environment that supports a more sustainable pace of life often leads to stronger long-term strategic decisions.

And perhaps one of the most underestimated advantages — networking.

Tech conferences, investment forums, and professional communities become part of the everyday business environment, while new partnerships and opportunities often begin with a single conversation over coffee.

When people talk about a “plan B,” they’re not just talking about moving.
They’re talking about strategy and taking control of your own life 🧭

With legal status in the EU, there's a real opportunity to change your country of residence, relocate your job, or move your business at any time. This is especially important in a world where circumstances can change faster than plans. Having this option reduces your dependence on a single country and gives you more flexibility in your decisions 📄

This option doesn’t materialize overnight. It’s built gradually: assessing opportunities, securing legal status, and laying the groundwork for future steps.

As a result, Europe becomes not a fallback option, but a well-thought-out solution that you can transition to without rushing.

If you’re considering this approach, it makes sense to understand in advance what options are available specifically in your situation.
