Over the past year, we've had the chance to work alongside Sanofi Romania, exploring one question that became the common thread throughout the entire journey:
We looked at it through the lens of the 6 Team Conditions framework, experimented, reflected, tested ideas and, most importantly, connected everything back to the team's day-to-day reality.
Recently, we reached another milestone of this journey with an experiential challenge where collaboration, adaptability and systems thinking were put to the test.
We ended the day with a tool that we're convinced deserves a place in many team meetings:
This frameworks can be super valuable as it creates the space for teams to stop for a moment and ask:
What are we trying to achieve?
What did we actually learn?
And what will we do differently next time?
It's a small habit, but one that can make a big difference when teams are intentional about learning from their own experience.
A big thank you goes to the Sanofi Romania team for trusting us throughout this journey and special thanks to Noemi Wesmas, Diana Priponescu, Corina Moldovan and Florin Ion for helping us shape the direction of the program, keeping it closely connected to the team's reality, and creating the best conditions for meaningful learning!
Looking forward to our next learning chapter together ๐
