Inspired by the elegance and proportions of Renaissance architecture, Ethos House stands out in Bucharest's contemporary office landscape through its refined and distinctive character.

Our intervention in the reception area was conceived to complement this architectural language. We carefully selected furniture pieces from Sancal - Core Sofa, Tonella Chair, Pion coffee table - contemporary designs that subtly reinterpret classical references.

The result is an elegant and welcoming space, where comfort and sophistication coexist in a discreet and harmonious balance.

The best projects are the ones where collaboration feels easy, communication is clear, and everyone is pulling in the same direction, particularly when there’s trust and a shared vision throughout the entire process.

Recently, we celebrated the end of such a project with Arcadis Romania, as we marked the completion of their new office at Bucharest Business Garden by Vastint Romania, together with everyone that helped bring it to life. It was especially rewarding to see the teams excited about the space and responding so positively to it.

👀 When companies merge, the office space often becomes one of the first visible places where change needs to happen.

This is the case for one of our latest projects for Saipem, a major player in the oil & gas industry. The brief was to turn part of their office into an academy for future employees, where they could complete the onboarding process, connect and immerse into the new organizational culture. ✅

Our intervention included architectural works, flooring, standard furniture and custom-made furniture solutions, all developed based on the design concept created by Architect Adriana Andrei from Include Design, whose vision shaped the project in alignment with the client’s new direction.

What makes employees actually want to be at the office in 2026? 🏢

🔎 We answered this question yesterday, during The Office as an Experience, an event that took place at Stables. Together with our guests and speakers, we explored how modern workplaces can evolve from simple spaces of attendance into meaningful destinations where employees feel their most creative, connected and empowered.

We looked at key decisions in the real estate landscape, what companies are really expecting from their offices today and how art helps answer the human need for connection.

🙌 Recently, Traian Mihalache, our Architecture Coordinator, visited the Interface factory alongside a group of 7 architects. Together with Andrei Loghin, they got a closer look at the ideas, testing and innovation behind Interface flooring solutions.

✅ One conversation kept coming up throughout the visit: sustainability and the practical way Interface approaches it. The discussion focused on lowering product carbon footprint, creating materials built to last and finding smarter ways to reuse resources instead of wasting them.

Their rubber flooring solutions, for example, are designed to perform for decades in active spaces, while carpets that reach the end of their lifecycle can be fully recycled and repurposed through dedicated recycling technology. ♻️

Two decades of collaboration say a lot. But what says even more is how a workplace grows together with the people in it. 👀

We’ve recently completed the extension and refurbishment of Accenture’s West Gate office, bringing the project to a total of 2,500 sqm. This project marks a new chapter for the space, but also over a long lasting partnership, ever since Accenture Romania opened its first office in Romania back in 2006.

The brief was clear: create a warm, welcoming environment that supports both focused work and everyday usability, while encouraging spontaneous interaction across teams. We translated this into a balanced spatial layout where distinct yet fluid zones allow different ways of working to coexist naturally. 🤝

Informal collaboration areas are integrated within the open-plan workspace, supported by varied soft seating solutions, warm earthy finishes, and a layered lighting approach combining ambient and accent solutions. The result is a workplace that feels comfortable, flexible, and human-centred throughout.
