Selling items creates the need to provide information that interests the buyer, such as dimensions, weight, color, etc. Managing this type of information can be a challenge, but in Business Central the solution is to set up item attributes and categories:

🗂️ Attach attributes to categories, not single items
🧬 Let subcategories inherit them

Companies managing items often use units of measure when selling or purchasing items that differ from the base units of measure. Business Central allows the use of multiple units of measure for the same item. How does it work:

⚖️ Keep the base unit for inventory — that's what stock is tracked in
🛒 Set a Purchasing Unit of Measure in the Replenishment section
💶 Set a Sales Unit of Measure under Prices & Sales
🔢 Enter the conversion in Qty. per Unit of Measure (1 bag = 50 kg)

Purchase and sales documents then default to the right unit, and the system does the maths ✅

Este rară situația în care codurile de articol din nomenclatorul companie tale corespund cu cele ale partenerilor... dar în Dynamics Business Central acest lucru se poate întâmpla prin funcționalitate numită ”Referințe încrucișate”:

🔗 Asociezi fiecărui articol propriu codurile partenerilor, client sau furnizor
🏷️ Folosești același mecanism și pentru coduri de bare, în integrările cu aplicații de scanare
🧾 Introduci codul clientului direct pe linia comenzii de vânzare, iar BC completează automat articolul tău

Definire atribute articol și categorii în Business Central
Vânzarea de articole presupunea și comunicarea unor informații care interesează cumpărătorul: dimensiuni, greutate, culoare etc. Gestionarea unei astfel de informații poate fi o provocare, dar în Business Central soluția este ca să se definească pentru articole atribute și categorii

Vezi cm se pot asocia fișei de articol diverse informații relevante pentru clienți (brand, greutate, culoare, dimensiuni etc.)
