Emon Electric SA Change in shareholding structure, consolidation and development

Emon Electric decided to change the shareholding structure by replacing Monsson Energy Cyprus shareholder with two new strategic partners Cynergy ltd (Hong Kong) and Swede Energy Power Solutions AB (Sweden).
Diana and Mircea Solomon , founding shareholders, both still remain as shareholders in the company and in executive management.
The decision was taken amid consolidation strategy and company development both domestically and internationally.
New shareholders of Emon Electric, Cynergy and Swede Energy Power Solutions AB are strategic partners that have business activities in the energy field (Power Generation ) with operations in Europe, Africa and Middle East for over 10 years. Their decision to join shareholders are bound by a common vision of development and expanding potential in international markets.
Future plans are related to both strengthen the local market and export continuously develop "core bussines" as well as new technologies such as : Power quality energy systems, Energy Storage , Fast charging stations for EV , Micro - grid s systems for OFF Grid isolated area .

Emon electric SA Schimbare structura de actionariat , consolidare si dezvoltare

Emon electric a decis schimbarea structurii de actionariat prin inlocuirea actionarului Monsson Energy Cipru cu doi noi parteneri strategici Cynergy ltd ( Hong Kong ) si Swede Energy Power Solutions AB (Suedia ) .
Mircea Solomon si Diana Solomon , actionarii fondatori , ramin in continuare atat ca actionari in firma cat si in Conducerea excutiva .
Decizia a fost luata pe fondul strategiei de consolidare si dezvoltare a companiei atat pe piata locala cat si internationala .
Noii actionari ai Emon Electric , Cynergy si Swede Energy Power Solutions AB sunt parteneri strategici care au activitati de business in domeniul Energetic (Power Generation) cu operatiuni in zona Europa , Africa si Middle East de mai bine de 10 ani . Decizia lor de a se
alatura actionarilor fondatori este legata de viziunea comuna de dezvoltare si valorificare a potentialului Emon .
