May was Mental Health Awareness Month at Accesa, and across our company, we created space for our colleagues to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what supports their wellbeing.

Throughout the month, our teams joined a series of interactive workshops, webinars, and wellbeing activities focused on resilience, acceptance, handling failure, and building healthier habits over time. With onsite, online, and hybrid formats, the programme was designed to meet people where they are and make participation accessible across our locations.

This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to a people-first culture, where care, connection, and support are reflected in how we show up for one another every day.

A big thank you to everyone who joined, contributed, and helped make Mental Health Awareness Month meaningful.

This year at DevTalks Romania, we had the pleasure of meeting more than 600 participants at the Accesa booth.

Together, we enjoyed conversations about technology, career opportunities, and life in the Accesa community, while visitors also joined us for a round of chess and a playful, action-filled booth activation that brought plenty of energy to the event.

We were also proud to be represented on stage by Mircea Talu, Principal Engineer at Accesa, with his talk “Compliance Without Compromise.” His session explored how to build secure, standardised, and scalable software delivery platforms through CI/CD, security guardrails, and codified governance.

Thank you, DevTalks, for a great event, and thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth. We look forward to continuing the conversations at future editions.

Most Manufacturing teams already know what to fix once a problem appears.

The issue is that signals often come too late, decisions are made under pressure, and planned work turns into urgent work. When this repeats, it also affects shift priorities and output.

Predictive maintenance helps when early warnings lead to a clear next action.

That means signals are connected to service records, warnings are checked against real maintenance events, and teams know what should happen when an alert appears.

At Accesa, we help teams connect machine signals, downtime context, and maintenance data into a shared operational view, so maintenance planning becomes more stable and less dependent on last-minute decisions.

Explore when predictive maintenance works, and when it will not help your plant in the full article: https://www.accesa.eu/resources/when-predictive-maintenance-works-and-when-it-wont-help-your-plant?utm_campaign=mmi_editorial_march_post_2&utm_source=facebook&utm_medium=facebook_post&utm_content=1780403408

What if ERP modernisation could be more predictable for mid-sized Stadtwerke?

Traditional SAP implementation models are often too heavy, too slow, and too expensive for their realities.
VersorgERPro, our utilities solution built on SAP® Cloud ERP Public, was designed as a right-sized alternative.

It combines a pre-configured SAP® Cloud ERP Public setup with utilities-specific capabilities, modular delivery, and built-in compliance and security. It helps mid-sized Stadtwerke reduce implementation effort, keep scope predictable, lower operational complexity, and modernise on a realistic 6–9 month timeline.

Existing systems, fragmented data sources, and evolving backend platforms often make integration across internal platforms complex and reporting less reliable.

In collaboration with metafinanz, Accesa supported the development and continuous evolution of a custom eGRC web application designed to operate across this complexity.

The platform integrates existing infrastructure with modern systems such as ServiceNow and SharePoint, enabling the aggregation and synchronisation of governance and risk data across multiple operating entities. It combines a web-based reporting interface for complex datasets with scalable architecture and continuous optimisation to ensure performance and maintainability.

This solution reinforces the way we support Financial Services organisations: by modernising without disruption, layering new capabilities onto existing systems, and building future-ready technology that ensures resilience, responsiveness, and long-term performance.

Can existing machine logs support earlier maintenance decisions?

With over 20 years of experience in Manufacturing, Accesa helps plant, maintenance, and operations teams build practical digital solutions for the shop floor, using the data and systems they already have.

In one industrial equipment project, machine behaviour data was analysed and aligned with service records to check whether detected anomalies matched real failure events.

The result was an early-stage detection rate of around 53%, identifying 9 out of 17 known failure-related events.

More important than the number itself, the team gained a structured way to validate signals, understand false positives, and refine the approach before moving further.

In Retail IT, cloud migration is often treated as the big milestone, but reality is more nuanced. The move to cloud is only the point where a new operating model begins.

After cutover, the benefits become practical. Scalability can support peak seasons and promotional surges. Data can move closer to real time. Teams can optimise performance, automate operations and respond faster to change.

But cloud does not remove complexity by default. Poor data models, fragmented processes, unclear ownership and cost inefficiencies often become more visible once systems move to a new environment.

At Accesa, we see post-migration as a continuous process of optimisation, governance and adaptation. We help retailers turn cloud potential into more resilient, flexible and confident operations.

Explore the carousel to see what changes after retail systems move to the cloud, and what still needs careful attention.

Over the past 20+ years, we’ve worked with Manufacturing companies across the DACH region. These days, we’re at Elmia Innovation Arena, bringing that experience to Sweden.

We help Manufacturing plants identify production and quality issues early, before they turn into downtime or rework. At our booth we’re showing how this works in practice, using the data and systems already in place.

In some cases, this has meant detecting over half of potential failures before they impact production. In others, reducing rework by up to 40% by identifying defect patterns.

Thanks to our team - Marian Ciupeiu, Maria Irimias, Raluca Piteiu-Apostol, and Christopher Strom - for being at the center of these discussions.

If you’re at Elmia, stop by Stand B04:IA01 to continue the conversation.

At this year’s Atruvia Tech Days in Karlsruhe, we marked a meaningful moment in our ongoing journey with Atruvia. Now in our 3rd year participating, we also had the pleasure of being selected among 100 speakers for the 2nd consecutive year.

Under the motto “Knowledge becomes more when you share it,” more than 600 tech enthusiasts came together to explore new perspectives across this year’s four key pillars: AI, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Development.

On stage, our Accesa colleagues contributed through three presentations. Alexandru Macra, Application Security Lead, and Vasile Bota, Portfolio Service Manager - Cybersecurity, explored DevSecOps and automated security testing; Mircea Talu, Principal Engineer, addressed compliance-driven platform development; while Enikő Reti, Data Engineer, joined Peter von Hahn, Senior Software Engineer at Atruvia, for a joint presentation on scalable data solutions in banking.

Together, these sessions reflect the breadth of expertise we bring to complex technology environments, from building scalable data capabilities to integrating security and compliance into the way solutions are designed and delivered.

“Thank you to the organising team and all the attendees, the we’ve had the pleasure to connect with, for an event that brought insights and many a-ha moments. Looking forward to the next edition!” Andreea Virag, Senior Client Partner

Our participation at Atruvia Tech Days marks a new step in our joint journey - a collaboration that reaches an important milestone this year: 5 years of working together.

If the technology is ready, what still holds organisations back from real AI impact?

This question set the direction for our recent executive roundtable in München, co-hosted with our partners from Alpine One, where we explored how to combine AI with the human factor to build competitive advantage.

Together with Manuela Herrlein (Founder, Alpine One), Alina Tirla (Managing Director Financial Services and Managed Services & CCO, Accesa), Maria Irimias (Portfolio of Services Lead, Accesa), and Diana Brândușan (Tribe Lead Financial Services, Accesa), we brought leadership, organisational readiness, and technology ex*****on into one conversation.

Real AI impact depends on strong foundations in people, processes, data, and active leadership involvement, yet only a small number of organisations are successfully turning AI into measurable value. These ideas were also illustrated through a live demo, highlighting priorities, failed initiatives, and the role of leadership engagement.

As highlighted by Alina: “AI doesn’t reveal a technology gap, it reveals a leadership one. And it starts where most organisations hesitate - looking at data and processes first, because without them, nothing else delivers real value.”

The roundtable reflects the strength of our collaboration with Alpine One. Combining Accesa’s strong digital engineering capabilities with Alpine One’s human-centric leadership expertise, we help organisations maximise the power of data and drive digital transformation.

Thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to a focused and relevant exchange.
