Uneori, cele mai importante călătorii nu presupun niciun kilometru.

Weekendul trecut, cinci colege din E.ON Business Services Cluj au participat la The Inner, după ce au câștigat biletele la o campanie organizată intern.

S-au întors cu agende pline de idei, cu reflecții valoroase și cu acel sentiment că și-au oferit timp pentru ceva ce contează cu adevărat.
O colegă a descris experiența ca pe „o oază” într-o lume care se mișcă tot mai repede. Un spațiu în care a putut să fie prezentă, să se reconecteze cu propriile emoții și să descopere perspective noi prin poveștile celor din jur.

Alte colege au fost inspirate de diversitatea invitaţilor și de temele abordate - de la psihologie și autocunoaștere până la sens, curaj și călătorii interioare. Pentru unii, experiența a însemnat pur și simplu o pauză binevenită. O reîncărcare. Genul de timp pe care îl amâni mereu pentru mai târziu și care se dovedește, de fapt, esențial.

Poate că asta a fost frumusețea The Inner: nu doar conferința în sine, ci sentimentul că faci parte dintr-o comunitate care înțelege cât de importante sunt echilibrul, reflecția și grija pentru propria stare de bine.

Ne bucurăm că am putut oferi această oportunitate și că experiența s-a întors la noi sub forma unor povești care merită împărtășite mai departe. 💛

Our interns say the best part of their experience @ E.ON Business Services Cluj was how 𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑙 everything felt.

They worked in SAP from day one, got support from mentors who actually made time for them, enjoyed a modern and friendly office and found the flexibility they needed to balance work and university.

Some even discovered a true sense of belonging and one of them liked it so much he accepted a job offer in the Accounts Payable team. 🎉

Our 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝑭𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒔 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎 brought everyone together with a 𝒉𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒅𝒆 𝒃𝒓𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒉, sharing not just food, but stories and smiles. The energy continued with a team quiz in the Unplug room, where colleagues had plenty of fun along the way.

Săptămâna trecută s-a încheiat stagiul de practică dedicat studenților de la FSEGA - linia maghiară. Mulțumim tuturor colegilor mentori care i-au ghidat pe parcursul experienței pe cei 10 studenți, dar și coordonatoarelor programului, Adel Blanka și Dora-Noemi Tamas-Krumpe, pentru implicare și susținere. 👏

𝐀𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬.

Meet Lucian Cobleschi, who joined EBS Cluj more than 7 years ago - but his story with us began even earlier.

In his second year of study at FSEGA, Lucian completed an internship at EBS Cluj. At the same time, he was actively involved in the 𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, an organization we are proud to collaborate closely with and support.

That internship became more than a short-term experience. Soon after that Lucian joined EBS Cluj full-time and his growth journey truly began, as an 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞.

Over the years, he developed into a 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭, and last year he was promoted to 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 - 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, contributing to complex initiatives such as the S/4HANA project.

Lucian’s journey shows that growth doesn’t have to wait until after graduation. It can start with an internship, a student organization, and the willingness to step forward when opportunity appears.

And we’re confident his story is still unfolding.
We wish him continued success in the next chapters of his journey.

Wellbeing doesn’t start when something goes wrong, it starts with awareness and prevention.

That was the idea behind 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤 - “𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐞”: 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡, 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲 & 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥-𝐛𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤, which took place last week and was brought to life through simple actions led by our colleagues.

Here’s how we made time count:
✔️ reflected on what supports mental wellbeing
✔️ joined an online stretching session with our colleague Andreea Crainic - encouraging simple movement as part of the workday
✔️ took a 30-minute reading break to pause and reset
✔️ explored new perspectives in the “Live Longer, Live Better” webinar
✔️ joined an ergonomics challenge, sharing ideas and learning from each other

Colleagues became wellbeing ambassadors, showing how small changes can make a real difference, because change often starts with one example.
