Change is behind us and change is ahead, both in our personal lives and in the world. Most of the companies try to change in order to become better competitors, in order to adapt to extended price increases in energy due to war, to changes in gender reference and many many other changes.

In these time, what anyone needs to know is that there is somebody who pushes for the change (Change Manager), somebody who cheers (Advocate) and somebody who is in your corner no matter what (Sponsor).

Let's just keep our fingers crossed and hope that companies, as well as ourselves take that into consideration and not go through changing times without a boat or a compass

International Women's Day is a global holiday celebrated annually on March 8th to commemorate the cultural, political, and socioeconomic achievements of women. Started on Feb 28th, 1909, in US, marking women working conditions rights.

March 8 has been the fixed date for International Women's Day since 1914, when the day was moved to be in line with Russian women who celebrated the day on February 23 on the Gregorian calendar. UN first recognized International Women's Day in 1975.
