Last week, laughter, stories and familiar faces filled the room as we continued our ongoing celebration of 20 years of Accenture in Romania 💜.

For a few hours, past and present came together - people who started the story and those writing its next chapters - sharing the moments, emotions, and connections that have shaped us along the way.

Gaep Gallery felt like exactly the right place to mark two decades of transformation, thus bringing together art and business, two forces that never stop questioning, reinventing, and moving forward.

At our Cluj-Napoca office, we recently welcomed the Descopera-ti pasiunea in I.T. Academy teams guided by our colleagues - and we’re already impressed. They showed up curious, confident, and full of bold ideas ⚡.

This is just the beginning of a new mentorship journey where learning meets innovation, and talent gets the space to grow.

Some commitments aren’t measured in quarters, but in generations.

We’re proud to support START-RO, a landmark longitudinal study led by Universitatea din București, exploring how education and environment shape a generation over the course of two decades.

Around 1,500 families will take part in this journey - from preschool through adulthood - helping build a deeper understanding of how early-life factors influence long-term outcomes.

Education is the foundation of lasting impact, and we’re committed to supporting it through meaningful action that helps inform better educational policies.
