Ce se schimbă când ONG-urile, companiile și oamenii din oraș încep să lucreze împreună?

În primul rând, ideile nu mai rămân doar la nivel de intenție.

La Constanța, am pus peste 100 de oameni în același context și le-am dat timp să se cunoască, să pună întrebări și să lucreze împreună pe ce ar putea fi făcut mai bine în comunitatea lor.

Suntem mândri că am susținut acest moment și abia așteptăm ultima oprire pe anul acesta:

Constanța has more people working on interesting things than it looks like. Most of them haven’t met each other yet. Beta Nights fixes that.

A bar, good drinks, and the people shaping this city’s future: founders, developers, designers, creators, producers, curious minds. Tech at the core, the future as the subject. No formal networking. No name tags. No pitching.

This time: Meet SeaBots 🤖

Some of the most interesting builders in Constanța aren’t even out of school yet.

SeaBots is a team of young robotics enthusiasts from Palatul Copiilor Constanța. They design, build, and program their own robots, and they’ve already made it onto the podium at national competitions.

They’re joining us at Beta Nights to show us what they’ve been building, how their robots work, and what they’re preparing for next.

Their next challenges? RoboChallenge in Bucharest and the Fibonacci International Robot Olympiad in Rome, their first international competition.

Come meet the team, check out their robots, and ask them a few questions. You might learn something.

Hack A Ton is coming back to Mamaia 🔥

In June, we brought together 120+ people and 17 teams for our first hackathon by the sea. This November, we’re getting together again - and this time, we’re building an entire economy run by AI agents 🤖

Your team will create a company where agents do the work: buying, selling and making deals with other teams’ companies. You’ll spend the weekend building, testing and getting help from mentors before leaving your agents in charge overnight. By morning, you’ll find out how well they managed without you 👀

There’s a €1,000 💸 cash prize to compete for, food included to keep you going, and plenty of people to meet along the way. Bring your team or come solo and find your people here.

Pentru noi, prima ediție Community Meetup din Constanța a însemnat exact ceea ce speram: oameni foarte diferiți, dar cu aceeași dorință de a face lucrurile mai bine în comunitatea lor.

Am cunoscut organizații și inițiative noi cu care avem multe obiective comune, am întâlnit oameni orientați spre soluții și am avut conversații foarte concrete despre ce există deja în Constanța, ce lipsește și unde putem lucra mai bine împreună.

Ne-a plăcut mai ales faptul că discuțiile nu au rămas la nivel de idei. Au apărut conexiuni, posibile colaborări și întrebări bune despre cm putem susține mai bine inițiativele locale și cm putem folosi mai eficient resursele pe care deja le avem în jurul nostru.

Peste 100 de oameni au fost în aceeași sală, iar pentru noi asta spune mult despre câtă energie și disponibilitate există în comunitatea din Constanța.

Ne bucurăm că Ambasada a fost partener local al acestei prime ediții și că am putut fi parte dintr-o zi care a adus împreună oameni pe care ne dorim să îi revedem și în proiecte viitoare. 💙

We started with a bar in Constanța and the hope that a few people would show up. Thirteen editions later, Beta Nights is opening a chapter in Bucharest.

We are bringing the thing that made it work back home: no stage, no name tags, no pitching. Just good drinks and people who are building something. Ask a stranger what they are working on and you end up deep in AI, cybersec or whatever they shipped that week.
