Fie că ai aplicat la un job la Dispatch-IT, fie că urmează să ai un interviu în altă companie, iată câteva recomandări aprobate de HR care te pot ajuta să ieși în evidență:
- Informează-te despre companie și despre rol.
- Dă exemple, nu adjective. Nu spune doar „lucrez bine sub presiune”. Exemplifică printr-o situație reală.
- Nu te grăbi să răspunzi. O pauză de 2-3 secunde te poate face să pari mai sigur.
- Pune o întrebare concretă despre rol.

Iar dacă interviul este la Dispatch-IT, vrem să cunoaștem persoana reală din spatele CV-ului.

Mâine, 18 august, este Ziua Internațională „Nu Renunța Niciodată”. În dispecerat, ca în orice altă meserie, sunt zile în care să renunți pare cea mai ușoară variantă.
- Cursa se anulează în ultimul moment.
- Camionul se strică.
- Sau telefonul pur și simplu nu se mai oprește.
Dar mergem mai departe. Pentru că fiecare cursă dusă la capăt contribuie la ceva mai mare.

Respect tuturor celor care funcționează mereu pe principiul: nu renunțăm, găsim o soluție!

Mai puține hârtii și dosare prin birou? Mâna sus cine e pentru.

Începând cu 7 iulie 2026, România a înlocuit regulile din 2005 privind Registrul de evidență fiscală. Registrul rămâne obligatoriu pentru companiile plătitoare de impozit pe profit, dar acum poate fi ținut fie pe hârtie, fie în format electronic.

Și credeți-ne, în dispecerat avem deja destule documente și hârtii de gestionat. Cine a început deja trecerea la varianta electronică?

Așa arată fiecare camion pe ecranul unui dispecer. Cursa pornește din Texas și ajunge în Georgia, traversează mai multe state și chiar schimbă fusul orar.

Pare o poză liniștită, dar în spatele acestei rute sunt apeluri cu șoferul, negocieri cu brokerii, trafic, vreme, ore de condus și programări care trebuie respectate.

Cel mai bun moment să înveți cm să reacționezi într-o situație de urgență este înainte ca ea să se întâmple.

De aceea, am participat la un curs de siguranță la birou. Am discutat despre: manevra Heimlich, arsuri, hemoragii, fracturi și modul în care putem verifica starea unei persoane inconștiente prin metoda „privește, ascultă, simte”.

Ne simțim mai pregătiți acum, dar, sperăm să nu fim nevoiți să le folosim niciodată.
