The Association CTCM — Mediation, Consulting & Training Center (Onești) celebrated Week in partnership with “Grigore Moisil” National College Onești and the “Radu Rosetti” Municipal Library Onești, through presentations and the dissemination of Erasmus+ Youth Exchanges (Bordeaux–Arcachon, Alexandroupoli, Kaunas, Alicante).
🌍 What we actually did
We promoted the Erasmus+ programme and youth opportunities by sharing results from the 2025 Erasmus+ Youth Exchange mobilities:
🧩 Me Inc (Kaunas, Lithuania) — personal branding, entrepreneurial skills, teamwork, communication, urban volunteering, youth-led initiatives.
🗣️ MUN Connect (Bordeaux, France) — public speaking, negotiation & diplomacy, critical thinking through Model United Nations.
🧭 JANE – Eco Explorer — Bordeaux–Arcachon (France) & Alexandroupoli (Greece): responsible eco-tourism, field observation (dunes, wetlands, marine biodiversity), NGO workshops, beach clean-up, kayaking & accrobranche, healthy eating & lifestyle.
🌉 Building Bridges (Alicante, Spain) — in partnership with Sellification4Education and Aranea: intercultural dialogue, inclusion, storytelling, and mini civic campaigns.
💻Erasmus+ VET initiatives (“Grigore Moisil” National College -Colegiul Național „Grigore Moisil” Onești) — mobilities in Cyprus and Portugal disseminated by participating students, within the Start IT with Erasmus+ project, successfully completed at the end of 2024.
Across all activities, the emphasis was on developing green, social & civic, entrepreneurial, intercultural, and healthy-lifestyle competences.
🎯 Why it matters — competences developed
✅Green skills: understanding ecosystems, responsible behaviour in nature, waste reduction & eco-citizenship.
✅Civic & participation: community engagement, collaboration with NGOs, small impact projects.
✅Intercultural: working in international teams, empathy, embracing diversity.
✅Personal & social: courage, resilience, leadership, teamwork, emotional regulation.
✅Entrepreneurial/problem-solving: planning, adaptability, decision-making in real contexts.
✅Digital & communication: presentations, photo–video documentation, social media campaigns.

🎖️ Special moment
We also integrated and celebrated the Prix de la Francophonie -creative writing competition, a project running for 28 years within the twinning between Onești (Romania) and Eysines–Bordeaux (France), supported by the municipalities of the two twinned communities and CEPAJ France, including an awards ceremony for this year’s laureates.

Many thanks to the students and teachers of Grigore Moisil National College Onești, the team of the “Radu Rosetti” Municipal Library, and our European partners — including Sellification4Education and Aranea — as well as the organisations that facilitated workshops and learning visits. Together, we turned mobility stories into real experiences and tangible outcomes for young people.
