General Manager – Baku / Azerbaijan
1. 223 rooms, 4 F&B outlets, part of international chain
2. Reporting directly to the owner, franchise property
3. Must have IHG background within an Executive position within the last 5 years
4. Open to any nationality but preferable Western European, US, UK but consider also Turkish and Russian speaking applicants. Other nationalities will not be considered.
5. Must be fluent in English, Russian a major advantage, Azeri and Turkish a plus.
6. Strong financial awareness
7. Minimum of 3 years GM experience
8. Eastern European Experience an advantage
9. Single or Married, no schooling will be provided
10. Position available immediately and good international package on offer
Executive Chef – Bishkek / Kyrgyzstan
1. New hotel opening, 88 rooms, a la carte restaurant, bar, room service, terrace and mid-size banqueting operation.
2. Will be LHW or SLH – luxury property, number 1 in this region.
3. Must be Italian, Swiss or French national. German, Austrian or any other European Nationality can be considered only if LHW or SHL as well as French/Italian cuisine background is given.
4. Must have been Executive Chef for at least 2 years and should come from luxury background
5. Hands on and strong trainer
6. Pre-opening experience a big advantage
7. Fluent in English, Russian a big advantage
8. Eastern European Experience an advantage
9. Single or Married, no schooling will be provided
10. Reporting to the Managing Director (Austrian)

3. Any nationality will be considered but must speak Russian, we encourage also people apply from Russia, Ukraine, etc.
4. Strong Opera and Front Office operation knowledge needed

6. Excellent trainer and hands on
7. English fluent, candidates speaking Russian will be chosen first for interviews
8. Knowledge of Luxury Rooms operation such as LHW HK standards, etc.
