We are World Performance Group, an award-winning BPO provider that specializes in customer care solutions for various industries and regions. We are looking for a sales market researcher to join our team and help our client, a leading real estate investment company, expand their presence in the Scandinavian market.
As a sales market researcher, you will be responsible for:
Conducting market research and analysis on the real estate investment opportunities and trends in Norway, Finland, or Sweden
Identifying and contacting potential investors and clients via phone, email, or social media
Presenting and promoting our client's products and services in a professional and persuasive manner
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
Providing feedback and reports on the market situation and client needs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Excellent communication skills in English and Norwegian, Finnish, or Swedish
Previous experience in sales, market research, or real estate
A strong knowledge of the real estate investment industry and market dynamics
A proactive and results-oriented attitude
A high level of motivation and self-discipline
