Reach Romania REACH Romania are placerea sa va informeze in legatura cu Regulamentul REACH. Compania Dv. s-a inregistrat inainte de termenul legal de 30.11.2010 ?

REACH Romania is a consulting company helping companies from EU who produce & import chemical substances from outside the EU, to register in a compulsory database REACH este Regulamentul Comisiei Europene nr. 1907 / 2006 privind inregistrarea si autorizarea producatorilor si importatorilor de substante chimice si articole care contin substante chimice (importatori sunt firmele cu sediul in UE care

importa din afara UE) . Astfel, au obligatia sa se inregistreze si agentii economici care produc sau importa urmatoarele produse: otel, var, detergenti, vopsele, odorizante auto, uleiuri necomestibile, carburanti si desigur toate substantele chimice, amestecurile sau solutiile acestora. Procedura fiind deosebit de complicata si legislatia aferenta fiind foarte stufoasa si disponibila numai in limba engleza, de obicei producatorii si importatorii au nevoie de un consultant consacrat care comunica si in limba romana. REACH Romania este prima companie de consultanta autohtona, care a facilitat inregistrarea REACH pentru multe companii, incepand din 2009. Daca nu v-ati inregistrat, REACH Romania va invita sa o faceti cat mai curand, evitand astfel penalizarile aplicate prin HG 477 / 2009 de Garda de Mediu - opriri de activitate si/sau amenzi pana la 50 000 RON. Pentru a va putea transmite o prima evaluare a procedurilor de inregistrare REACH este necesar sa ne transmiteti urmatoarele informatii:
denumirea companiei;
adresa de email;
numele persoanei de contact;
denumirea substantei chimice importate sau produse (denumirea internationala, numarul CAS si EC);
compozitia chimica in procente w/w%, precizand care este substanta chimica activa, aditivii si impuritatile;
daca importati din afara UE sau produceti sau cumparati de la un producator / importator din UE;
cantitatea anuala importata / produsa;
marimea companiei in conformitate cu Recomandarea CE 361 2003, sau sa ne comunicati numarul de angajati pe anul 2010, cifra de afaceri, total active, inclusiv detalii privind autonomia companiei;
daca ati efectuat pentru aceste substante pre-inregistrarea REACH pana la data de 30.11.2008. Aceste date vor fi necesare la stabilirea etapelor inregistrarii REACH si pentru a va putea comunica costurile inregistrarii. Pentru orice alte detalii, nu ezitati sa ne contactati. Cu stima,
