Implementarea unui proiect Horizon Europe nu se termină la semnarea Grant Agreement-ului. Din acel moment începe partea în care regulile trebuie înțelese, aplicate și documentate corect.

🔹 Cadrul legal – fundamentul juridic al proiectului: AGA (Annotated Grant Agreement) ca instrument principal de lucru și alte resurse-cheie
🔹 Eligibilitatea costurilor – cele mai frecvente greșeli și cm știi când un cost e (in)eligibil
🔹 Audit & conformitate – controale ex-ante și ex-post: CFS, CAS, OLAF/ECA și consecințele nerespectării obligațiilor
🔹 Tipuri de costuri – costuri de personal, alte bunuri și servicii, deplasări, echipamente, subcontractare

Nu va fi doar teorie. Vom lucra pe studii de caz, exemple de calcul și situații reale întâlnite în audit, astfel încât participanții să înțeleagă nu doar regula, ci și cm se aplică aceasta în practică. Agenda include aproximativ două ore de teorie și o oră de aplicații și întrebări în fiecare zi.

Yesterday, we had the honour of attending the “Regional Policy Learning Workshop IaaS4DR”, an event organised by the Agentia pentru Dezvoltare Regionala Nord-Est and UEFISCDI

The event brought together valuable perspectives on how communities are created, supported and developed across different environments. One key idea stood out for us: strong communities grow when people and organisations learn, collaborate and develop together.
