Duarte Blythe Construction Consultants was launched in Moscow in September 2011 by Carlos Abreu Duarte and Andrew Blythe. Both Carlos (since 1991) and Andrew (since 1995) have had many years experience in senior management positions on projects in Russia and the CIS. The aim of the company is to provide high quality, pro-active, professional and independent cost and project management services on
construction projects as well as other consultancy services, in all sectors of the industry throughout Russia and the CIS . In 2012 DBC Consultants became a member of the Self Regulating Organisation (SRO) (certificates available on request). At the same time DBC took out and continues to maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance with AIG for a limit of insurance of $2,000,000. In 2012 DBC Consultants also joined the RLB EuroAlliance which is a network of well established partner organisations across 18 European countries committed to delivering high quality professional services at a local level, utilising extensive knowledge and experience from across the region.
