SAP Roll Out project for KHS RUS
On April 12 ALPE consulting started the second phase of the project - Setup and Documentation.
The goal of the project is to bring all processes of the subsidiary to corporate standards and ensure seamless communication with all structures of the KHS Group.
The functionality of the solution covers finance, logistics, sales, sales, purchases.
The project will provide integration of the SAP solution and the "1C: Salary and Human Resource Management 8".
The scope of the project also includes equipment installation and Customer Service.
The project started on January 27.
In the first phase of the project, a process analysis was carried out and a GAP-list was created.
Effective start of all logistics and corporate finance is planned from October 1.
During the 4th quarter, parallel financial accounting in SAP and 1C will take place.
The Go-Live of Russian finance in SAP is scheduled for January 1, 2022.
